Is the Bolt-Ball Joint system suitable for hurricane zones?
Yes. The 3D space frame structure is inherently more resilient to wind loads than 2D steel beams. Our bolt-ball systems are engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 280 km/h (Category 5 equivalent), making them ideal for coastal energy sites.
How do you prevent corrosion on the internal threads?
Every bolt and internal thread is treated with high-grade galvanization. Additionally, once the high-strength bolt is torqued into the ball, the sleeve creates a mechanical seal that protects the threaded interface from environmental exposure.
What is the maximum span possible without columns?
While typical gas stations use 20m-30m spans, our bolt-ball joint system can achieve clear spans exceeding 100 meters. This is made possible by the structure’s exceptional strength-to-weight ratio.
Does it require a specialized installation team?
The system is designed for modular logic. While we recommend certified supervisors, any skilled steel assembly team can complete the build using our 3D marking system and standard torque tools—no welding skills required.
