Customization & Options

Our 20ft skid stations are built on a modular platform. Select the specialized upgrades required to match your site's specific operational challenges.

Multi-Fuel Compartments

Divide the 30,000L tank into dual chambers (e.g., 20k Diesel / 10k Petrol) with independent pumping systems for versatile site fueling.

☀️

Solar Energy Integration

Equip your station with roof-mounted solar panels and battery storage for 100% off-grid operation in remote exploration sites.

❄️

Climate Adaptability

Upgrade to Arctic heating systems for -40°C or C5-M Marine Grade high-gloss coating for offshore and coastal salt-spray protection.

📊

Advanced ATG Systems

Cloud-based Automatic Tank Gauging with remote inventory tracking, leak detection alerts, and digital fuel management software.

🚀

High-Flow Dispensing

Upgrade standard 50 LPM pumps to heavy-duty 120-400 LPM systems for rapid refueling of large mining trucks and heavy machinery.

💧

Precision Filtration

Add specialized coalescer filters for aviation fuel or ultra-fine particulate removal for high-precision Euro VI engines.

Choosing the Right Specification

Compare the logistical flexibility of the 20ft unit against the high-capacity throughput of the 40ft model to determine the best fit for your fuel demand.

20ft Skid Station

  • Storage Capacity 30,000 Liters
  • Logistics Handling Standard ISO Container
  • Transport Cost Low (Standard Freight)
  • Site Footprint 15 m² (Compact)
  • Relocation Speed < 1 Hour
  • Ideal For Small/Mid Fleets

40ft Skid Station

  • Storage Capacity 65,000 Liters
  • Logistics Handling Oversized ISO Frame
  • Transport Cost Premium (Heavy Haul)
  • Site Footprint 30 m² (Requires Space)
  • Relocation Speed 2 - 4 Hours
  • Ideal For Mining & Bulk Hubs
Pro Tip: Why choose 20ft?

If your project requires frequent relocation or utilizes standard shipping routes, the 20ft unit offers the best ROI by avoiding out-of-gauge shipping surcharges.

Engineering FAQ

What is the safe usable fuel volume of a 20ft unit?
While the nominal capacity is 30,000L, the operational safe fill limit is 28,500L (95%). This expansion space is essential for safety and sensor accuracy during temperature fluctuations in diverse climates.
Can the station be lifted while containing fuel?
The structure is CSC-rated for maximum gross weight. However, for safe lifting and to prevent dangerous fluid surge (sloshing), we recommend draining the unit to below 10% capacity before any crane or container-handler operations.
Is a specialized concrete foundation required?
No. The 20ft skid station is engineered for Plug-and-Play deployment. It can be safely installed on any level, compacted surface such as reinforced hardstand, asphalt, or even structural gravel for temporary sites.
