A standard 40ft High-Cube unit requires a direct footprint of 12.2m x 2.44m. For industrial compliance and safety, we recommend a minimum clear perimeter of 3 meters on all sides to allow for vehicle maneuvering, tanker discharge operations, and maintenance access.
Can the station be used for Jet-A1 fuel?
Yes. For aviation fuel applications, we execute a specialized Aviation Upgrade. This includes an internal epoxy lining or full stainless steel tank, stainless steel pipework, and specialized filtration systems (FWS) that meet stringent JIG/IATA standards for purity.
How is the tank protected against internal corrosion?
Our tanks undergo internal grit blasting to SA 2.5 standards followed by a high-build, fuel-resistant epoxy coating. For stations deployed in high-salinity or corrosive coastal environments, we can integrate magnesium sacrificial anodes or active cathodic protection as part of our durability package.
