Engineered For Extreme Environments

Our pipe entry boots are the result of precision elastomer engineering, ensuring that every penetration point in your containment system remains a fortress against leaks.

🧪

Advanced Elastomers

High-grade Nitrile (NBR) for fuel contact or EPDM for environmental sealing. Resistant to ozone, UV, and aggressive fuel additives.

Zero Swelling
🔩

Stainless Hardware

Standardized with 304 or 316 stainless steel compression rings to prevent corrosion in high-moisture sump environments.

Corrosion Proof
📐

Angular Flexibility

The bellows-style design allows for up to 15° of pipe misalignment, absorbing ground movement without compromising seal integrity.

Vibration Absorbing
🛠️

Split-Style Ready

Available in split-style configurations for retrofitting existing pipelines without the need to dismantle the entire pipe run.

Nitrile (NBR) Compound

Best for: Direct fuel contact, petroleum vapors, and heavy chemical environments. High resistance to hydrocarbons and ethanol blends.

EPDM Compound

Best for: External environmental sealing, electrical conduit entry. Superior resistance to UV, ozone, and extreme temperature fluctuations.

Precision Fitting Guide

Follow our standardized installation protocol to ensure a 100% watertight seal between your containment walls and piping systems.

01

Drilling & Prep

Using a standard hole saw, create a precise opening based on our model size chart. Ensure the sump wall surface is smooth and free of burrs.

02

Compression Mount

Insert the boot body through the wall. Position the stainless steel compression rings on both sides and hand-tighten the bolt kits.

03

Pipe Insertion & Seal

Pass the pipe through the flexible bellows. Tighten the exterior stainless steel hose clamps to create the final liquid-tight seal.

⚠️ Torque Note: Do not over-tighten bolts to avoid elastomer deformation. Use a torque wrench for high-pressure applications.

What is the maximum pipe angle misalignment allowed?
Our bellows-style entry boots are designed to handle up to 15 degrees of angular misalignment. This flexibility is crucial for absorbing ground shifting or slight drilling inaccuracies without causing stress on the pipe or sump wall.
Will these boots swell when exposed to high-Ethanol fuel?
When Nitrile (NBR) is specified, our entry boots exhibit excellent resistance to Ethanol blends (E85) and standard petroleum. The material is formulated to maintain its elasticity and volume within ±5% of original specs over its life cycle.
Can these boots be used on flat or curved sump walls?
The compression-style mounting system works perfectly on flat surfaces. For curved tank sumps, we recommend our specialized Curved-Base Entry Boots which feature a pre-contoured flange to ensure a uniform seal around the radius.
Do you offer split-style boots for existing station repairs?
Yes. Our Retrofit Split Boots are designed specifically for maintenance. They can be wrapped around an existing pipe and bolted to the sump wall, eliminating the need to disconnect pipe runs or excavate the station.
