Why choose composite over traditional cast iron?
Composite covers are corrosion-proof, weigh 1/3 of cast iron (improving worker safety), have zero scrap value (anti-theft), and offer superior sealing capabilities against water ingress.
How is the loading class determined?
We follow the EN124 standard. For gas station forecourts where tankers drive, we mandate D400 (40 Tons). For pedestrian walkways or green spaces, B125 or C250 may be suitable depending on site traffic.
Can the PE Well height be adjusted on-site?
Yes. Our HDPE manhole wells are designed with a cuttable ribbed body. You can trim the height during installation to match your exact burial depth or use riser rings for added height.
Is the system truly 100% water-tight?
When installed correctly using our electro-fusion welding or specialized mechanical gaskets at pipe entry points (Entry Boots), the system creates a hermetically sealed barrier against groundwater.
