Does the material affect fuel quality or clog filters?
No. Our alloy mesh is made from high-purity, anti-corrosive aluminum. It does not react with gasoline, diesel, or methanol. The honeycomb structure is designed with a high void ratio, ensuring that it does not produce debris that could clog pumps or fuel dispensers.
How much storage volume is lost after installation?
The material is incredibly efficient. It typically occupies less than 1% of the tank's total volume. For example, in a 30,000L tank, the safety material displaces less than 300L of fuel, maintaining your operational capacity.
Does it require regular replacement or maintenance?
Under normal operating conditions, our explosion prevention materials have a service life of over 30 years, often outlasting the tank itself. It requires zero maintenance unless the tank suffers a major structural impact or contamination.
Is it effective against BLEVE (Vapor Explosion)?
Yes. This is the primary function of our material. By fragmenting the flame and absorbing heat, it prevents the pressure-rise rate from exceeding the tank's vent capacity, effectively neutralizing the threat of a BLEVE.
